Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I’d like to wait a while before I start; is that OK?
A: You need to listen to message number 7, which talks about sloth. You can, but remember that waiting rarely makes the challenge easier. Most breakthroughs begin when we take action before we feel ready.
The Miracle Blueprint is not about perfectionโit’s about progress. Start where you are, use what you have, and trust the process.
The best time to start was yesterday. The second-best time is today.
Q: Do I have to sign up to participate?
A: No, signing up is just for you. It is completely optional. Most who do the program don’t sign up; less than 5% do. When you write the vision, it helps solidify your commitment and encourages others as they read about your experiences.
Q: Can I listen to Scripture on audio Bibles instead of reading it?
A: Yes, but I encourage you to download the bible APP and read the easy-to-read version (ERV)
Q: What if I mess up before the 40 days are over?
A: Violations are most likely to occur within the first few days. The longer we are on the program, the less likely we are to slip up.
Slip-ups fall into two categories:
- Unintentional slips
- Deliberate pre-planned slips
If a slip is deliberately planned, you must start over.
If it is an unintentional slip, immediately counteract it with DOUBLE the reverse action.
Examples:
- Complain once โ make two positive statements.
- Raise your voice in anger โ express two positive emotions or statements.
- Eat until completely full โ skip two meals.
- Miss prayer or scripture reading โ do double the missed amount.
The FAQ emphasizes that the time spent on The 40 Day Miracle is never negative.
Q: Do I need to listen to the 7 messages before I start?
A: No, but you need to listen to at least one per day once you start. That allows you to finish the first round within one week.
You must listen to all 7 messages at least twice during the 40 days.
The messages help you understand what you’re doing and how to do it.
Q: Is it possible to download the 7 messages?
A: Yes. MP3 downloads are provided.
Q: Does the Fullness Anointing wear off?
A: If it does, simply listen again to the complete message.
Q: Can I read other Christian material besides scripture?
A: Yes, but you MUST read your allotted minutes of scripture first.
Q: Suppose I want to add something else during my 40 days?
A: That’s fine. Just don’t remove anything from the program. You may add additional disciplines if desired.
Q: Do I need to read ALL of the Daily Proclamation each time?
A: Read ALL of it for the first seven days. After seven days, you may read only the bold portions if you choose.
Q: I don’t think I can make it 40 days. Can I do fewer days?
A: You CAN make it 40 days.
The FAQ cites biblical examples, such as Elijah’s 40-day journey, and encourages participants not to shorten what God has for them.
Q: I don’t go to church regularly or at all. Can I still participate?
A: Yes.
The FAQ states that many participants have struggles and encourages people to complete the program and watch God work in their lives.
Q: Suppose I do this and nothing happens?
A: The FAQ answers:
“Just no anger or complaining for 40 days will change your world.”
It states that if you follow the program, something great WILL happen.
Q: I’m too much of a wreck to improve.
A: The FAQ uses Paul as an example and says God specializes in taking a mess and making a miracle.
Q: How do I know if this is for me?
A: If you have one or more of the seven issues addressed by the program, then it’s for you.
Q: Do I need to do this alone, or can I ask others to join me?
A: Others can join you.
Two can accomplish more than one and encourage participants to complete the challenge together when possible.
Q: Why do I need to listen to the 7 messages, and why twice?
A: The FAQ says there is no summary message because participants need the full spiritual and practical background.
It states:
“You MUST listen to all seven messages.”
Listening a second time helps participants hear things they missed the first time and gain a deeper understanding.
Q: Why do I need to round up the number of minutes I pray and read scripture?
A: The FAQ explains that rounding up simplifies timing and helps train people to focus on the positive side of life.
Q: Suppose I get sick or injured during the program?
A: The FAQ encourages participants not to focus on what could go wrong.
If unexpected circumstances arise, adapt the activities and continue progressing rather than quitting.
Q: Why do I need to read the FAQs each week?
A: Because new questions and clarifications may be added. Reading the FAQs helps keep participants informed.
